Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asco-General-Controls AH2D112S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Axor-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Associated-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Avtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Axor-Industries such as the SSAX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3130 manufactured by Associated-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Associated-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACV024YAC00D000 by Manufacturer Avtron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Autonics Brand BW2048P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Br such as MTS10 equipment made by Br have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Br products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Br" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E7T6C08812B063 made by Automation-Direct as well as the popular P115071 original spares produced by Axiomtek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5P8140605500400 by Br and MTS10 spares by Br are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PD030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Assured.
